Mexico has once again affirmed its status as a global tourism powerhouse, securing the 6th position among the most visited countries in the world in 2024, as per the latest data from UN Tourism (formerly UNWTO).

The ranking, published by the Secretaría de Turismo de México, showcases the number of international tourists received by each country. Mexico welcomed 45 million international visitors, solidifying its place among global tourism leaders.

Top 10 Most Visited Countries in 2024:
1. France – 102 million tourists
2. Spain – 93.8 million tourists
3. United States – 72.4 million tourists
4. Turkey – 60.6 million tourists
5. Italy – 57.7 million tourists
6. Mexico – 45 million tourists
